Shipping Processing Time
Since our products are part of a bespoke service, your order may take a little extra time to ship than normal packaged products. Please rest assured we take all the necessary precautions, and more, to ensure that your products are formulated in well-sanitized and hygienic surroundings.
All orders are formulated and packaged post consultations and hence take 4-5 days for end-to-end processing and packaging. Once the orders are shipped, it may take 5- 7 days as per our courier partner timelines.
Processing times vary according to surge in demand. For this reason, we have partnered with multiple reputed courier partners to assist in safe, fast and secure packaging and dispatching of the products from the warehouse.
Shipping Charges
You can avail free shipping on orders above INR 2000. For orders up to INR 2000, we charge a nominal fee of just INR 100.
We ship PAN India. While we are working on enabling cash on delivery payments, we currently accept only prepaid orders.
Please note that shipping and handling rates may vary based on the product, packaging, size, volume, type, and other considerations. The shipping and handling charges will be provided to you at the time of check-out, before you make any payments.
Damages
For products damaged during transit, please raise a concern within 24 hours of receiving the items. Customers must save all packaging materials and goods to file a complaint.
